Du Mont Engineering had the freedom to design a contemporary style upscale residence in Venice, CA. This home is a two-story residence with contemporary full glass walls with full exterior/interior wall openings of up to 30 feet. This 3,000 square foot home has 3-bedroom suites, open floor plan for entertaining on the main floor, free floating ascending staircase, informal living and dining room, nook, gourmet kitchen, and foyer.
